Been working here for almost 10 months and I am very comfortable. Like in any other case, if you want to be happy you need to have some flexibility with your schedule and willing to learn and have patience, but management makes it easier and you get the support you need. Definitely recommend it.

Very Unorganized company to work for! Rentention Center that switched its focus to survivability. I spoke with a client with 8 lines on the account & having signal issues with one line. I informed the customer we could unlock her device if the area in which her youngest daughter could not recieve service. After checking the area there was indeed almost no service in her area. Again survivability I saved 7 lost one due to service. I was pulled in the office & informed i was being suspended for my suggestion to unlock her phone. Not a good career move & extremely high turnover clearly for a reason. Ive witness whole training classes quit, its ridiculous!

Absolutely the most unorganized, sexually assaulting career moves . No sense of professionalism . Discontinued employment due to false allegations that I later confirmed but by the time the uneducated HR manager contacted me back, I was completely turned off by the company and no longer chose to be employed! Was one of there top agents, and was told we’re costing the company more money than we’re bringing in ! Horrible job security statement!

This place has to be racist. Went to the job fair 2 days ago and did everything that was asked of me. Still no reply back when all my other relatives got hired, I don't know if it's my skin color or gold teeth but I guess my experience doesn't matter.
