I had what I thought was an amazing experience with Fulton at first, my husband and I fell in love with ironwood crossing in Queen Creek, so we we "pre approved" by their preferred lender and a week after signing our contract, it changed from San tan valley to queen Creek but we were reassured our price is locked, we were told 6-8 months and finally 10 months later we were at our walk thru and their preferred lender emails us that we aren't qualified anymore for 1 reason that should have been caught in the first place, we paid over $7000 and can't get that back, we were working with another lender after that and they were working to get it approved for us but Fulton wouldn't let us extend signing for an approval, we are now working with an attorney and they are able to sell the home we built for $40k more than what we were supposed to buy for. This is sickening. We did everything we we're supposed to, to qualify. And we were told over and over things were looking great and we were approved and doing amazing.

I would not recommend ever purchasing a Fulton home. They say Fulton builds quality and iui have no idea how the get away with that statement. Walls are crooked and looks like you are looking at the ocean. You do your punch list and it never gets corrected. Then you have to start taking time off work to fit them correcting the poor workmanship that they were suppose to have fixed before you move in. You spend over a quarter million on a house and they can't even hold up their side of the deal. While the are building the house next to us they keep damaging our landscaping and paint on the outside. It always takes many phone calls to get things fixed and then you have to take time off work to get it fixed. DO NOT BUY A FULTON HOME. I don't see how they say they build quality when the level of workmanship is so low they can't even have straight lines on walls or ceilings. Door frames are bowed. They didn't even put in the LED lights that we were told they put in.
