The people who help you find homes here are amazing. We love our house. But there are soooooo many nails left in our backyard. We heard about it but didnt believe it. The workers "bury"(toss a little but of dirt) on top of everything they are too lazy to clean up. There was a huge concrete metal stake left barley buried to where there were rusty nails sticking out of the ground. My husband had to rake and rake for a few weeks to get our grass growing because we dont want our kids to play in a bunch of left over scraps and nails. This morning my husband found a foot long 20 lb, piece of concrete after tripping over a little part of it that was sticking out of the ground.... A few weeks ago I did write an email to fulton with all the details, asking them to please send someone to clean it and I still haven't heard back. So here I am, writing this sad review. Also there are beer cans left over when we would come check the progress of our house. They would stick them in large gas station cups and sip them through their straws. Sneaky, sneaky. Love the people and neighborhood, but obviously this place is not as family oriented as they try to make themselves out to be. I am not the first one to say any of this. Good luck everyone. Hope it gets fixed soon.
