Client Review on Furla Photography & Video

COPIED FROM YELP BUT SEE "SUPPLEMENT" BELOW:We hired this company to photograph our wedding. When you meet with them initially, they make themselves sound like God's gift to photography. We bought into their claims, which turned out to be a huge mistake. We even paid extra for an additional photographer because of the size of our wedding based on their suggestion. Even though there were two photographers there, they totally forgot about groomsmen photos! They took none! Of course, we did not realize it until after the wedding. When we confronted them about it , they were hardly apologetic & actually pretty arrogant [especially Peter Furla the owner]. They offered nothing whatsoever for their huge blunder. Furthermore the pictures they did take were mediocre. When you shop around you will see that their prices are actually higher than many other places, and they try and explain that you were paying for quality. We are proof that what you are paying for is arrogance and lack of care. There are way too many options out there for you to settle on this horrible company. You will hopefully only have one wedding in your lifetime so why waste your time with someone who will not be responsive to you when and if problems arise?SUPPLEMENT:You won't find Furla on Yelp...you know why? Because they changed their name!! Now it's called "Corporate Images." When I made the review, that was not the case. Pretty telling, don't you think?Today, I decided to call FURLA and I asked if I was calling "Corporate Images." The gentleman who answered the phone said "it could be, yes." Again, pretty telling. If you read the yelp review, you'll also see that someone from "Corporate Images" replied and claimed to "have no records on the situation you are referring to regarding your wedding which took place over a decade ago." That's interesting because after I posted the review, PETER FURLA, THE OWNER, called me directly to ask that I remove the review. How did he get my number if they "had no records?" That's simply a lie. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
