I am the Chair for the American Indian heritage Day in Texas and have built a relationship with FW Promo. I have been impressed with their professionalism from the top admin to the Production team and working with my intricate design to make sure the color and design follows from the working file to the imprint on the t-shirt. The most important element that has kept me to continue my business is the production and the turnaround. The screen printing prep has paid special attention and spent extra time on their side to see what would be the best option and what mesh and how to troubleshoot colors like double punch or how much white for specific areas. I have used as much as 9 colors for the front design and they meet the design and turned around printing the shirts within a week on one project. They have made one part of my celebration a dependable source with confidence to not accept other printers wanting my business to stay because of the process and them wanting to work with you.
