Honestly I could say that this place was great before Pat retired, she was a great boss. Now there’s too much favoritism, which is whatever I’m not planning on working here for any longer, honestly its just bs. If you’re reading this, don’t work in any call centers, it’s all bs 😂

Trainer Sonia in project FBCI is fun, patient and understanding (only reason I didn't rate it 1 star). Supervisors/managers are not. They will belittle you and turn you off from asking any questions. You got to quit putting discouraging unhelpful people in charge. No one learns like that nor wants to work in that kind of atmosphere. The job is quite easy as long as supervisors/managers ACTUALLY want to be helpful when they are needed.
