G5 is difficult to communicate with. This makes doing business with them disappointing. They are great when you have their attention but that is difficult to get. I regret signing up with them.

This group is savvy which means you need to be as well. Up your game and educate yourself. Ask questions and get into the details so you are not only informed early, negotiating flexibility in your contract (opt outs) and optimizing for your specific goals and budget, but following your gut as to what will and will not help your business. You know your business best so help G5 understand it. Don't accept a one-size-fits-all or make an uneducated buy here. You can also ask for a menu of high, mid and low but also dig into details that accompany. You will surely be impressed if you tee things up right. Done take a prescription or have a backseat-approach.
