I engaged Galaxy Weblinks to develop learning management system (based on moodle) for my startup. I didn't have any reference for them so I was bit nervous before our engagement. But they have exceeded my expectations on all fronts. Their team is thorough in gathering detailed requirements and following a rigorous methodology for delivery.
