STAY AWAY. Worse experience ever!!! I do not sacrifice a lot in my life, but this is an exception. I ordered a banner print and installment from them. To do so in North Bergen they had no licence (of course nobody in the company acknowledged about such a thing). It took him 3 weeks to go and apply for permit (meanwhile lying to me he had no answer from town). When I went there myself to figure out the thing turns out Gallucci done nothing towards this case. Nice!This is not it. I gathered all the needed info for town (the job Gallucci had to do) and in 2 days permit was ready. BUT!!! This not that easy with Gallucci. Rob said he has no time to go and get licence, he is busy. The only license for his company needed to be gathered - and he has no time for that.This is the best part.On the phone with Rob, I said: "there are other people who can do everything in no time and if he has no time - no problem, issue a refund and I'll just hire someone else". First he said he can not refund for the banner printing (which was fine with me because I can take it from them) and I can hire someone else. When I came to pick up the banner same day - he said: "actually I will not refund you anything. Now you will be doing what I say." AWESOME!!! My attitude as a customer is not what he liked. They got full payment upfront, played with me all that time and now I get nothing and I had to be nice with them!Later he called to find out what do I want to do with banner. I said - I want them to install it. For this he had to go to township and get his license. He agreed to go next Monday - guess what? He had no time again and I had to push him for that.The end of the story is: they came to install the banner (1 person with 1 ladder - the banner is 13'x20') and it never happened as this is 2 -3 men job with special equipment. I had to loose the money and hire professionals to install it. New installer did it in 2 hrs NEXT DAY after I called. I wasted 2 months with Gallucci and got no refund. Not to mention he told me a lot of nasty things over the phone. Things like - "are you on drugs" are not appropriate in customer service. Even if I am - I paid you in full and now you taking advantage of me.This is my sad story about dealing with Gallucci - Rob in person.I do not wish anyone have any problems like I did.
