Never rent with Galman, the submitted a false eviction notice, withdrew it and refuses to answer any emails about this event.

Galman Group was the worst living experience of my life in all honesty. When we went to move in we were so excited because it seemed like a very nice place to live, but from the time we moved in it was a complete nightmare. The day we moved in our apartment roaches were running around the kitchen and the bathrooms. When we spoke to the management office they said it was probably the people who lived there before us and they scheduled for the apartment to be sprayed. They came and did so but the bugs kept coming. Not only where they in the apartment but in the halls and stair wells as well. Maintenance was also not up to par in my opinion because when issues ocured it was like pulling teeth to get someone to come and fix it. We never had a working ac in the living room and the one in the master had a gap under it that made running the heat or ac pointless as the outside air would just flow back in. Towards the end of our lease we didn't have power in half of our apartment due to a bad breaker in which we called multiple times to have resolved, but we never saw anyone about it. When other issues came up throughout the lease we would occasionally see a maintenance person, but they would come up look at the issue and tell us they were coming back and we would never see them again. The only things they fixed out of the 10 things wrong when we first moved in was they replaced a light bulb and they replaced our dryer.Paying our rent was also a disaster because we were never able to set up the online payment even though we reached out to the management office multiple times, so late fees would rack up because we would end up having to mail them in.They have a nice pool, but it closes at 7 so those who work until 6 are unable to enjoy it. Same with the community events because they were always scheduled during the week during normal work hours. Galman Group claims to be all about their residents but to be honest they are all about stuffing their pockets. I wish I had something good to say about them, but living there was the worst year of my life.
