Client Review on Garfield Signs & Graphics

Feedback:

I was referred to them by a local auto dealer and spoke to Josh about vehicle wraps and pricing before signing our deal. I called Josh again as he requested the following week but he was slow to return my call. That was OK we did correspond a few days later. We ended up sending our images to them on 8/5/15 with the understanding I'd have artwork on the 9th or at least the beginnings of it, but I never heard from him again. So, I emailed him on the 14th, Josh replied that his artist was out sick, then he indicated that they were just really behind. I think unless you have more than $1500 to spend you won't get the attention or service other "bigger" companies get even with a dealer referral. It's unfortunate and now we're really far behind with school getting ready to start.
