Client Review on Garrett Sign

I have never experienced such terrible customer service from anyone in my entire life. It is absurd any company would employee someone like Jim who works at Garrett Signs. This is the least professional human I have ever met and I am very disappointed. I hope all new customers know that you should question this companies pricing and be very skeptical of the contracts they ask YOU to sign. You are the client, they should be the ones signing contracts to make sure they stay ON TIME and ON BUDGET. This is not how this industry works. I can not stress enough that you look elsewhere.
