I came to these guys with some clear-cut instructions on a specific task that I needed done for my website. They are experts and charge a fair price for their services, but I was happy to pay it because I was getting a team of local professionals that I could trust...Well...They had some issues.The team member that was the real expert on what I needed done may have left the business or something. All I know is that I heard of some issues, progress slowed, then completely stopped, and they stopped returning my emails. We are literally halfway through the project and I paid them half up front... You can't trust people that don't return your calls after a month after they take your money. 2 stars because I feel like some of it was a "victim of circumstance" thing, but handled very poorly.
