This place is fantastic! We were in kind of a bind for a retirement party that was happening the next day, but someone forgot to order a plaque. We called the store, on a Saturday when they were closed, but happened to catch the owner in there. She not only told us to come on in, but had the plaque finished in just a few hours! I can't say enough about their customer service and quality!
