We bought units from GS with warranty, some of them did not work so we returned them to get them fixed. Now they can not fix them and they are keeping the units and our money... WARNING!!!

Fair warning, if anything ever happens, it will be like pulling teeth to get their help. My package never showed, and they basically accused me of lying. I was only asking for their help in filing a claim against Fed Ex, holding Fed Ex responsible, all they had to do was give me something in writing saying they, gear source, would not file their own claim against Fed Ex...this proved to be very confusing for them.My building has 24 hour employees at the door and video surveillance, so I know the package never arrived, and I just didn't want to pay for receiving nothing. According to gear source, "tracking said it arrived" so that's the end of the story. anyone who works in shipping knows that that is not always the case. I will have to continue the battle on my own most likely, this was my first, and will now be my last time ever using gear source. I'm sure some people have great experiences with Gear Source, however, companies and people show their true colors when there is something wrong or times are tough, and I just don't appreciate the experience I have had here.
