EDIT: They contacted my daughter who this laptop actually belongs to. They made right! They went out of their way to fix the probkem. I'm changing my review to excellent! :)ORIGINAL: Horrible service, I took my laptop for them to replace the screen. I paid $200 for everything, 4 weeks after I picked it up, the screen broke again. I took it back hoping there will be some kind of warranty for the work but, nothing! Ricardo was not willing to help me at all! he told me I have to pay another $200 again. Now I'm out of $200.00 and no laptop. Bad business..
