I relocated to California and needed to have my desktop tower serviced due to a virus. I had no idea where to take my computer and found Geek Force with a quick Google search. Needless to say, I was more than a little concerned about what to expect having no prior experience or eferral source for guidance. I was pleasantly surprised when the owner answered my initial phone call to the business. He understood my problem and invited me to bring my computer in for service. My initial impression was confirmed when I discovered how thorough the technicians where in getting rid of the virus, installing new antivirus software and post installation advice.
