I had a Dell Laptop that was running very slow (if at all). I called Geeks That Rock to have my hard drive and RAM upgraded. Philip was extremely helpful. He made and thoroughly explained his recommendations for my memory upgrades. He then ordered for me (at cost) and picked up my computer at my house. The turn around time was quick (even though I forgot my Bios password). He just brought it back tonight and it running soo much quicker. I'm extremely happy with the service and the pricing was very fair. I would definitely recommend.

I was having trouble with my mac so I called apple. No help there. My computer is a legacy edition (early 2011) so they offer no services. All they kept saying was for me to get a new computer, which I don't need because except for one small problem the computer works perfectly. I tried a few things on my own but started to get frustrated so I called Geeks that Rock. I was given a few honest options as to what I could do. It's really refreshing for someone in the computer business to be honest, and not try to push you into buying or paying for things that aren't absolutely necessary. Phil was very helpful and answered all my questions. He was even willing to order a part for me, even though there was no profit in it for him.

Called Phil at Geeks That Rock and made an appointment to have Mark look at my computer. I could not get any of my Microsoft Office programs to work. Mark arrived at the house the next evening as planned and he explained that my version of Microsoft Office was so old that it was no longer compatible with the Windows platform I was using. I was very skeptical having researched this problem on the internet. All my research indicated that my older version should work if certain corrections were made. My further concerns were that any newer version of Office would only experience the same problems unless these corrections were made. Mark explained that even with corrections, there was no guarantee that the problem would not re-occur again soon and Office 365 would work fine. He convince me to upgrade. As he predicted, the program loaded easily and functioned seamlessly. Thank you Mark for your expertise. I am now back in business.
