Client Review on Geiger Embroidery & Screen Ptg

Feedback:

I brought in over 100 plaques to be engraved for the Wisconsin Federation of Music Clubs. This was the first year I had gone completely solo on this mission so I was slightly apprehensive. I dealt with Brian throughout the entire process and I couldn't be happier! He called or e-mailed whenever he had a question, suggested solutions to problems and the entire order was done within a week. We then stood at the counter and went over each plaque line by ine to make sure all was in order. The few mistakes there were were corrected immediately and I walked out knowing I would not have to make numerous trips back to have misspellings and such fixed. I am thrilled and so are the many teachers and students that those trophies went to. I'll be back next year and hoping Brian never takes it into his head to look for another job because he is very valuable there.
