Johnny Yoon has always has been there for me. He doesn't just fix a problem, he takes the time to explain the what and why of both the problem and the solution. I always learn from him. My only question is why aren't there 6 stars as that's how many I'd give him. Thanks for everything Johnny!

I cannot begin to express how much I value the relationship our firm has established with General Networks, and very specifically, Eric Chan. Eric is one the most diligent, knowledgeable and professional people I have ever had the pleasure to work with, AND he's just a really, really nice guy to talk to! Cannot thank him enough for his never ending patience every time I call him for help...and I call ALOT! Charles Chiu is also, amazing in his own right and we are very fortunate that he is in charge of servicing our firm.

If your company does not have an IT department, you MUST give General Networks a try. Our rep Eric is absolutely the BEST! He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, speedy, I cannot compliment Eric enough. General Networks makes good recommendations and prioritizes based on your budget and needs. Highly recommend GN!
