Very friendly. Pictures were nice. Only problem is how long it's taking to get my son's senior pictures. Had them taken March 3rd. Was told it would be roughly 2 weeks for the proofs to be ready to view. It took over a month. Then when I selected my poses I was told it would be about 2 weeks for my pictures to be ready. It's been almost 3 weeks now & still no pics. Can't send out my son's grad party invites until I get his pics. Good work for the price but I wouldn't suggest them if you need your pics right away.
