Wish I could give this place zero stars. Showed up during business hours on a Monday at 4:45 to drop off a package. The door was locked, and I was able to get in as someone was exiting. Clerks told me they were closed and I had to leave. Waste of tax dollars.

I had to ship a record request with a money order from this location. It has now been over a month and the receiver still has not received my mail piece. I’m 80% sure that the attendant here must have stolen the letter, cashed the money order, and thrown away the rest. I don’t understand why the post inspector general hasn’t shut them down.

Made us run around like dogs to fill out a form. Every time we came back, they sent us out again to get another something (a different ID, a different copy, etc. etc.) without telling us a.) where it was listed in the original instructions, b.) what we would need next, c.) anything helpful. I'm so appalled that despite the glaring negative reviews, this place has not fired Akiko and the other postal service worker with the piercings. Please fire them! Please hire competent, courteous, and polite people because we came in smiling and were really quick and cooperative, but you guys made my aging parents run around like monkeys, it was disrespectful and awful how often you raised your voices at them and interrupted them.

There is always only one person working here and as a consequence, there's a huge line of at least 10 people there. Terribly slow service.
