Jeremiah in the Technical Support division is outstanding . I dealt with several technical support personnel at knapsack and Jeremiah has demonstrated him so far and above others I have dealt with. The entire company get that that is fast reliable and extremely responsible to customer requests. I have dealt with many web hosting services but get net set is far and away the best. We came over to get an answer from the prior hosting platform and get knapsack was able to deliver and transition from the old platform to the new platform seamlessly with no disruption in our current web hosting service. They really do work with you to customize and make special requests happen without a bunch of extra charges and nickel and diamond. This product is an excellent value.
