I wouldn't give Get TecK a star. They are HORRIBLE. They have had my daughters hover board for TEN MONTH no calls and no updates on it. Everytime I've called about it they were still working on it.

Had a laptop that would not boot intermittently and took it in to GetTeck. Their eval fee was just $45. They troubleshot the problem and determined it was the motherboard, ordered a replacement and reassembled the laptop. While not a cheap repair it was a lot cheaper than a new PC. They were very professional in the entire process. Thanks!

He explained the cause of the issue and provided us with the options to resolve it.We are so happy to have GetTeck.

Fantastic service. Had corrupt files which caused the computer to shut down. Mike responded within minutes and Brandon (technician) was at our home within hours. They fixed the computer and delivered the repaired computer the next day on a Sunday! I am very pleased with the service and will call them for any future computer needs.Very reasonable.

Hey folks. These people are the real deal. For the home based user, they have provided excellent soup to nuts support for all of my digital needs. Plus, they can work out software problems remotely right in front of your eyes on the screen. I have rarely worked with any company with such pleasant and supportive people. Working around computers makes me antsy. These people are the cure for that condition. Call 'em. You won't regret it.

I went into the store this morning with my laptop that wouldn't boot up. The friendly tech staff answered my questions about price and procedure. It was a simple solution, my power cord was burned out. They had one to sell. The tech double checked a few other things and I went on my merry way. I highly recommend this establishment. I know they offer other services in addition to repairs, so if I need them I'll visit GetTech first.
