My apple laptop stopped working out of no where. It only showed the apple logo on the screen. I visited several places to see if they can at least help me get all my photos off of there, since I have all my son’s baby photos on there. All the places said they could fix my laptop, but could not get the photos off of it. I saw this store on my way home and checked and William was not only able to repair my laptop for a way lower price than the other stores, but he was able to retrieve all my photos! I was super happy. Great service, awesome customer service, and I would definitely recommend this place if you don’t want to get ripped of.

Came in to get some fans for my computer and he gave me a really good deal for the fans and for the installation. He also told me a new case at a great price and moved my parts over as well. Really nice guy, that's knows what he's doing with fair pricing on all his work. Definitely go here for your PC needs, and be sure to bring in your computer so he can recommend where to go from there. Had a really good time and saved a lot of money, definitely coming back in the future! :)

Went here about a month ago and they were able to get my custom built PC working in just a couple hours. The owner took the time to explain the problem and solution with me and even helped me look into what I could do to upgrade my pc.

This guy over charge for a small little things such as changing the battery for my laptop he charged me 150$ which was terrible. My cousin got his battery changed for 50 $ at rancho Cucamonga. This guy has a bad attitude and he is greedy. It took him 2 weeks to replace my computer bettery and he was rude on top of that no wonder his store is always empty and the computer place in rancho is always busy i changed my phone battery over there for 40 $ love that place. Avoid that place if you dont want to get ripped off.

I work as a computer coder and took my laptop in for a screen repair and brought in my own screen. Initially William only wanted $50, but then wanted $70 for the work. I didn't mind because I like to support small businesses. Upon using my laptop after the repair, I noticed there were glue stains left and the laptop was not closing properly. I figured i'd clean it myself, but then when I tried skyping I noticed my mic and camera no longer worked either. I brought in my laptop and William tried to say that those were unrelated issues, though I know that they are not. When I tried to explain to him the laptop was not closing properly, he snatched my laptop and refused to hand it back. Only after threatening to escalate actions did he return my laptop. UPDATE: Turns out william did not have the correct tools to repair my laptop. In order to remove the screen you need to remove an adhesive. Because William did not remove the adhesive before fitting the new screen, the screen did not fit correctly damaging the camera and mic connection.

Being a business owner myself, everything is extremely important. William is precise, extremely knowledgeable honest and very fair. William has been able to solve all my laptops quickly and efficiently. I've appreciated his expertise, professionalism, and timely, personal attention to my periodic laptop repair and upgrade needs. William is a computer guru has always been right on the mark, and (which I appreciate greatly) William always does what he can to fit the needed work to my schedule - most recently the replacement of my laptop's hard drive in record time - and at a reasonable cost. William always saves me a lot of money. I have used other companies in the past and William Computer Sales Service & repair by far the BEST!!

Amazing, they were able to repair my computer when 2 large companies could not. I am so impressed with the service, price of repair and the fact that it was fixed in hours. I had dropped my computer and caused all kinds of problems, including breaking the charging mechanism. I am so grateful. Warm and friendly, I will definitely be back.
