My account manager at Parscale did the bare minimum to keep his job. He didn't follow up, take notes or ensure I got what I paid for with my website. Sharing my bad experiences with his manager didn't help. Total BS. The only thing he put some effort into was sending me bills. I was better off hiring a freelancer who actually wanted my business.

Parscale provides slow website support service and now charges $180/hour for tech support. Plus they want all of their money before they start working on a contract. There seems to be no sense of urgency, which is good for their wallets.

Terrible service. They charge for fixing their own site errors and mistakes. Once you have a website going they will charge you for just about everything on a regular basis. Since it's a proprietary system you have to keep dealing with them. Avoid at all costs.

Like most web developers, these guys will leverage your lack of knowledge about the subject to jack up prices, and make it seem like they hung the moon, when really all they did was use a template, and buy some graphics online.The service is seriously not worth the price. You won't be satisfied with the final product.
