The Gilleard Dental Marketing team is nothing short of AMAZING. I have had the pleasure of working with them for the past 10 years. As a dental office, I can't begin to quantify the benefit Gilleard has had on our office. Our patients LOVE the materials because they are so informative. In fact, many patients (after reviewing our magazine or website) come into the office to get started on treatment right away because the materials were so informative. As a business, this is great, but more importantly, we are able to help MORE people than ever before. I have had a waiting list to get into my dental practice for years, and we've become the dental office that patients come to for real help. Gilleard has helped us become a household name in my city.I don't believe in a silver bullet for anything. I firmly believe that in marketing or anything else, it is good to have multiple irons in the fire. Gilleard, however, is as close as it gets to a silver bullet for dental marketing. In fact, they are just about all we do for our marketing now because we've tried to many things that haven't really worked. Lastly, part of why Gilleard's materials work is their connection to patients. Gilleard isn't just trying to get a patient to call the office with gimmicks or anything like that. They are actually looking at how to fully educate the patient so the patient WANTS to move forward with treatment because they understand WHY they need the treatment. Our treatment acceptance went up dramatically after Gilleard started handling our marketing, and this is a fundamental difference with Gilleard versus other dental marketing companies. Gilleard may not be the cheapest marketing group in town, but you get what you pay for, and in my dental office (and for the benefit of my patients), we don't compromise on quality ANYWHERE.
