We have been using Giraffe for a few years now and have been very happy with the service we have received.Initially we used them to help us build followers on one of our main Facebook pages and they helped increase it to over 20k over the course of a year. We now manage that page ourselves in terms of posts and they now focus on advertising the brand using a range of techniques.What I like about the company is that we get a detailed performance report every month detailing conversions, cost per conversions, what products adverts were received well, not so well,etc.. as well as recommendations on how the advertising strategy should be adapted to improve performance the following month. We also have a single point of contact within the company which helps develop good relations.I have been impressed that they are continually trying to improve on their results from the previous month. We have been pretty open to their suggestions, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't but that is the nature of social media. Over time we have learn what has the best response rates are and fine tune those.We have definitely noticed a substantial increase in website sales as a result of their advertising techniques and would definitely recommend them to build followers or to execute advertising initiatives.
