I participated in Glenn's Strategic Mindset quarterly work sessions and meet with him on a monthly basis and I can say that he has transformed the way I look at my business and how I run my business. Before joining, my business was already seeing a growth so I was hesitant to put the time and energy into hiring a growth coach. Needless to say I took a leap of faith and I was amazed at how much I learned. I may have been growing my business but I was running myself into the ground. Glenn taught me how to manage my time, how to delegate, how to create systems that were efficient and consistent, how to lead my staff and most importantly how to maintain a balanced life- work, family, faith, friends, community.
