Stefan is a genius. One of our iPhones, an iPhone 6, completely stopped working. And to make matters worse, it was not backed up. Everything was allegedly lost. We took it to Abt and to the Apple Store and we were told by BOTH places that there is NOTHING they can do. They couldn’t even power it up. Now if 2 different technicians at 2 different stores give the same diagnosis, then it must be true, right? WRONG! We took the phone to ComputerLand in Glenview on Waukegan Rd and in less than 3 minutes the phone was powered up. And even better, Stefan backed the entire phone up to his laptop until we got home and did it ourselves. We’re still going to buy new iPhones and now back them up regularly, but when all hope was lost, Stefan and ComputerLand saved the day!

Computerland of Glenview accurately diagnosed that my grandson's Acer Predator 17x had a broken LCD panel, ordered the part, and replaced it 3 days later, just as they said they would do. We are very pleased with the repair.
