Assisted with transferring my organization's website's domain, hosting and DNS to another hosting service. Worked efficiently to get the job done. Quick to respond to my questions as they arose, and facilitated communications with our previous systems administrator (who was retiring) to make sure everything transferred over well. We've been in business since 1995 and worked with many truly great web people. Felix of Global MCS is the best by far. We had a gzip compression issue and he first took the time to talk me thru it. I could immediately tell Felix knew the intricate details of web architecture. When I realized it was more complex than a phone conversation I suggested Felix try to resolve this for us over the weekend. Felix completed the work that very evening. Having never met me before.
