The hotel was perfect for our group, there was 5 of us ages ranging from 11 to 41. The rooms were clean as was the whole hotel. There was plenty of food and lots of selections our favourite restaurant was The Pizzeria. Great pools and many of them, the splashworld on site was a bonus, we spent most of our days there. The lifeguards were brilliant fun. Food and drink was available all day. One of the staff (Bailey) was a complete rude person who I believe was the Entertainment manager was awful. We also saw her on a night out as it was her Birthday and she was with other Globales staff members and she was as rude as anything and just looked down at you like you were something on the bottom of her shoe. Remember we are your bread and butter! Other staff we could not fault. Staff work tirelessly to keep you happy. Great shop on site plus a Spar shop which you could buy most of your holiday needs if you e forgotten anything. Cigarette machine inside the newsagents not the Spar. So much to do for children as well. It would of got 5 stars if the hotel evening entertainment was good but unfortunately for adults it was lacking big time. We found a wonderful bar not so far from the complex called The Kings Head who look after you brilliantly. We will most definitely be back next year. Thank you Globales for great memories.

Pretty clean, Although rooms not decorated the best. Decent food but not really many foods options for fussy children, such as chicken nuggets, fish fingers etc. There was also a few leaks in the ceiling in some of the facilities. Staff also don't speak the best english. Overall pretty decent place for the price personally I wouldn't go again but I'm sure many of other people would.

Les chambres très propres les femmes de ménage font un excellent boulot les restaurants sont correct et variés. Les piscines pour enfants sont très bien et surveiller le park aquatique lui aussi et bien encadré des spectacles tous les soirs. 2 supérette pour dépanner mais a 10min de l'hôtel c. Cial carrefour mieux et moins chère. Service de navette pour la plage gratuit. Mon fils était content on a passé un bon séjour soleil au rendez-vous.

There are also personal safety who always have swimming pools in the eyes! conclusion is an ideal place for families with children!(Original)Locație frumoasă pt familie!Personal ok!Posibilități de distractie mai ales pt copii!Camerele sunt ok,curate doar un miros neplacut se simte la intrare,având în vedere că este un parc de distractie acvatic se poate ca oaspeți sa intre des uzi in camere si de aici apare mirosul!Baia un minus punct deoarece având copii la final de dus toată baia e plină de apă deoarece există un perete de sticla dar intrarea în dus e fara ușă și asa multa apa stropeste tot!Paturile sunt foarte ieftine si mereu te însoțește o frică ca ar putea sa se rupă!Iar cel dublu trebuie sa ai grija sa nu se deplaseze noaptea si sa cazi între paturi😊!Parcul este dotat cu multe piscine de apa rece,se incalzeste doar de la soare!Multe sezlonguri gratis,toalete se gasesc in multe colțuri ale parcului foarte curate,personalul are tot timpul grija sa fie curate!Exista trei restaurante unde se poate servi masa, mic dejun,prânz si cina!Mâncarea e diversificată si bună!Intre mese sau daca nu ai apucat să mănânci între orele stabilite nici o problemă există două puncte unde puteti servi mici gustări,sucuri,bere,înghețată!Noi am avut totul inclus nu stiu cum este cu restul oaspeților!Marea se află la aproximativ 1.5km de parcul respectiv, însă hotelul are un autobuz care din 15 in 15min ia oaspeți si ii duce si aduce la plaja Sa Coma gratis!In camera se pun la dispozitie 4 prosoape pt a ieși în parc,dacă vrei sa il schimbi plătești 1€/prosop!Internet gratuit dar au si un pachet care costă!Însă nouă ne-a mers foarte bine si cel gratis!Copii se simt grozav aici atatea posibilități de distractie,plus seara au show sau discotecă!Exista si personal se siguranță care au tot timpul piscinele in ochi!Deci in concluzie este un loc ideal pt familiile cu copii!

Ze zijn allemaal uiterst vriendelijk en doen er alles aan om je verblijf onvergetelijk te maken , 3 verschillende restaurants dus voor ieder wat wils , elke avond een show of animatie , strand op loopafstand en er rijdt ook een gratis pendel busje ieder kwartier , verder worden de kamers iedere dag schoongemaakt en er is airco en een koelkastje op de kamer , tegenover op 2 minuten lopen is nog een leuk safaripark ,in de omgeving richting het strand zitten ook nog leuke restaurantjes en barretjes , hier heb je écht waar voor je geld !!GE-WEL-DIG!!!!!
