There sales people were every helpful and there technicians provided me with 24/7 support. If you are looking for a POS system I highly recommend Go Dreamz for your needs.

I'm a small business owner and have been using the Go Dreamz POS system for about 2 years now. I've been overjoyed with my experience with Go Dreamz POS System for Grocery Store. It's incredible easy to use and to alter to suit your specific business needs. The customer service team is always there to help should I ever have a question or issue. I highly recommend this system. It's made managing my inventory, sales, and other records much easier!

I was referred to Go Dreamz POS System through a business neighbor and decided to give them a call. What i like about this company is that they are very 'hands on'. Where most other companies tell you to download the demo and try it at home, these guys come into your business and show you their physical demo. They even asked me to send them an excel file of some of the items i carried at the store and plugged them in to show me in more detail.I am on my third POS - and this one is the best yet. My previous POS was Mac based and was too slow for my retail store. Best thing about Go Dreamz POS System is their service and knowledge. They are very hands on and know their product in and out. You do not get stuck calling an 800 number with limited knowledge techs. They have very reasonable support plans as well compared to other companies i have dealt with.

We needed a solution that could match the design of the bar, something different from the big machine that we are used to see, but efficient at the same time.Olivia and Raj were very accommodating, they proposed us the perfect solution. I went about looking for a POS system by searching on Google, having no prior experience using a POS. I called many vendors and obtained pricing for several different POS Systems. Once I found Go Dreamz POS System I stopped my search. I talked to them and got information on setting up a POS System for my bar and grill restaurant. The guys at Go Dreamz had a very professional phone manner and had no issue in explaining the POS systems they offered. After a few conversations I felt comfortable enough to hire them to come out and install the system. Harry also trained my staff on the POS system on the day that the unit was being installed which was not an easy task. Harry was patient and detailed with my staff explaining the Go Dreamz POS System features and capabilities. During a few POS “ emergencies ” shortly after opening our restaurant Harry & his team were 100% responsive to our phone calls and questions. I would highly recommend Go Dreamz POS System for your POS system needs.

We purchased two POS Systems from Go Dreamz and I must say Olivia & Naz have been amazing in the setup and training process. It's great to always have someone on standby rather than an 800 number. They always pick up and have a lot of patience in resolving all issues. Smaller Company is very beneficial because it also means attentiveness and faster response time but add on quality equipment and it's a sure winner! I would definitely recommend Go Dreamz POS for all restaurant business. Recently we started to use most of the marketing service Go Dreamz offers for restaurant and it has been very helpful. We are getting best results for our Social Media Marketing & WiFi Marketing, our Business Listing is performing at all time high thanks to Go Dreamz Online Marketing.

Great people , always top of there game. Also very easy to learn compare to others which I tested , I bought 2 Go Dreamz POS system with all the equipment for my Suwanee store & recently I bought 2 Go Dreamz POS System unit for my Atlanta store and its much cheaper compare to other pos company. I am thinking for my future store including Macon and Norcross location keeping Go Dreamz POS service, because so far I am very satisfied with there service no complain. If there any technical help needed they usually fix in real time on phone and of required they arrive right on time for on site troubleshoting.
