Redeemed! I wrote the below review (a 2 star) prior to talking with the manager. The manager was very nice and offered a discount on the next order which I picked up today. Customer service was much better! Good job! Room for growth & Improvement. Start with the people who face the customers. Horrible front person. Never says hello, how can I help you. Never actually gives a damn even when you mention that to them. This is the last time I use them and I’ve been a customer if theirs for years. Owner or manager: pay attention to your employees who are customer facing.
