Feedback:
I hope that the moderator will allow this to be posted because it is a truthful account of what I went through dealing with this company. Their developers appear to be offshore (probably India) and site changes take months to occur. In most cases, customers are told "that's just the way it works" and you have to live with it. It's expensive and slow. The interfaces are very old and need major updates to improve usability.
