Terrible customer service and a rude staff. Poor quality prints that they refuse to correct. Very expensive costs for what they provide.

Good Impressions has been a great company to work with. I am a teacher and have used them several times already. I have ordered shirts for several school events which needed both adult and child sizes. I went in not knowing exactly what style of shirts I needed and Luana was so helpful in showing me all my options. The first time I used them I had a small drawing that I wanted to put on a shirt for a family event. They were able to duplicate my exact design and print it on shirts for us. Another time I went in with only a vague idea of what I wanted. Tom listened to what I was thinking and designed a great graphic for the event. Everyone was raving about how great the shirts looked. The printing was also a higher quality than I had experienced with the company I used in the past. I have washed my shirt many times already and the printing still looks fantastic. Another reason I love working with Good Impressions is that they have a quick turn around time. I highly recommend Good Impressions for all your screen-printing needs.

They always greet me by name and deliver on time and on budget.Tom is a graphic design genius. He can fix any piece of art and make it print-ready.Bill and the rest of the production team always go that extra yard to make sure my projects run smoothly.And if you need something in a rush, they can turn it in under 24 hours when needed.Give them a chance, you'll be glad you did.
