Where do I start?? Initially when we were searching for a digital partner to take on several of our web-based projects, we wanted someone local and were met with no shortage of contenders. Rob's professionalism and honesty won us over, the price was more than fair for the scope of our projects, and the value proposition for the service they were offering us far exceeded their competition- obviously, I had a good feeling about Rob and his company. Over the last 7+ months he has not only exceeded my already high expectations, but has become a valuable extension of our team as well as a champion for our brand. Rob is friendly and approachable, but more importantly, he is someone who comes from "a place of yes." He listens to your craziest ideas and researches them diligently before providing you with a game plan. He is unflappable when you change trajectory over and over again (guilty as charged) and is super responsive with calls, emails, and visits. There are a lot of smart and talented web designers, but find a charismatic one who is a patient teacher and business partner, and you have Rob Pepi. To say he has gone above and beyond for myself and my company is a vast understatement, and we will absolutely be choosing Rob and Goodpep for all of our future eCommerce projects.
