Client Review on Graffiti Graffix, LLC

Feedback:

The staff seemed friendly enough; until you have an issue. Went to get embroidering done on company hats, polo shirts and jackets. We were told one price for digitization to be done for the stitch count. After a couple weeks of not hearing back we called to get an update and to see if we could see the embroidery "proof". We were then informed we were going to need to pay another fee for digitization of the jackets. We asked why were not informed of this in the beginning and got the hem-hall responses. This is when the staff seemed to start over talking us, wouldn't hear our issues out and we got rude. We will do our business elsewhere.
