Feedback:

I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism in my entire career. I had reached out to Spencer well over a month before my deadline for printing and spoken to him on the phone. He told me he was on it and asked for me to send over my company logos and mock-up. I did so immediately and did not hear back. I followed up with him and he said he was out of town and will get back to me. I still did not hear back and called him three more times, all of which he told me to send him the files again and he will get on it. Well, 10 days before I needed the print done, I still did not receive an estimated cost so I followed up with him in an email, then I get a response saying that he is at “full capacity right now” and he said, “I continue to delay on this project....unfortunately I will have to pass on this” Why could he not have told me over the phone or by email over the course of 6 weeks that he was unable to provide the service? He strung me along to leave me hanging and now I have to scramble to find another vendor to do this and most likely incur overtime fees. Grafico dropped his commitment to me. He blew me off last minute instead of giving me the courtesy to tell me from the very beginning that he was not available to work on the project. I never got a call back from him, I always initiated the calls and emails to follow up and there was absolutely no follow through or communication on their end. We spoken on the phone several times , each time he indicated he was on it. He does not act with the highest standards of integrity and does not act in the in the client’s best interest. Don’t be fooled by his verbal commitments, it means nothing. Save yourself the anxiety in the long-run and go with a professional company.I will never deal with them again and hope no one else has to go through this. If the CEO/owner cannot even be professional, I don’t want to know how bad the rest of the company is.
