I am completely unpleased with Grand Mound as I have had internet installed only a month ago and have had more issues than most would care to deal with. First, being charged for the higher internet speeds when I was only receiving the slower speed because of a hookup error on their part. Thankfully I caught it and brought it to their attention. Secondly, my call list for them is unreal as I was having to call daily and multiple times because my internet was not working. After the headache and hassle, I was told I would be credited for the speed charge and for a month of internet as I was never even able to use it for the month. Came home to find my internet disconnected and was told "I cannot just not pay my bills" from the billing lady after being told by a tech that came by to replace my equipment that I was credited for the month. Excuse me, I'm not paying for something I've not been able to use. This place is the WORST! Unless you have NO choice, I would NOT recommend it!
