We are semi-local patrons (Bethlehem) and business owners ourselves. One would think when you sit at a local bar you would be greeted at least. No, and in fact it took 10 minutes for a server to come up to us. We were only a few stools down from computer cash register that several servers were congegated around. It was a very cold, unwelcoming atmosphere unless you were in the employee click or patron click. GFB has been our go to place when we want to support local business and have a relaxing beer and dinner. Very different unplesant experience tonight. Warning to owners, prisoners are running the prison. Sorry for the expression but that is how it felt. We did not feel welcomed, appreciated or even visable. This is not how any patron should ever feel especially at a local brewery. We will visit again but if same experience the next time, it will be our last and we will not recommend to our friends and visitors.

Nice place but very inconsistent with food. I had a party of 6 here last night for dinner. The Hamburger Steak was just a hamburger! Ordered one MR & the other M. Both were well done and charred on the outside. The Chicken on the Chicken Tender plate was overcooked. French fries were undercooked. I would have to say the Onion Rings were Great and the Balsamic Vinaigrette was Awesome. Over all though, very disappointing. The kitchen needs help with preparation and presentation. Really would like to see this place step up & concentrate on what they are serving their customers.

Food was great. Beer was good. Environment was hostile. Me and my buddies sat at a table with cards. Started a card game. Ordered about 8 beers and two burgers during our hour and a half long stay. The whole time the employees seemed to be pestering us about ordering. Not asking us, completely pestering us and giving us a look if we said we weren't ready for another beer yet. Service took a while and was slow. My friend got yelled at from across the building because he threw a dart at the dart board. What the hell is it even there for? That was the final straw for us. Probably will not go back and don't recommend. There are plenty of well mannered and friendly staff at the emmense amount of breweies found in surrounding mountain towns.

First impressions are everlasting. When the drink menu boast of 38 beers on tap and 2 beers listed are out and a 3rd is " seasonal" it doesn't make a good impression. Its apparent that the management doesn't care and that resentment trickle's down to the rest of the employees.

Love this food and beer! BUT consistently inconsistent. Just left after 1 hour wait with no dinner served and >10 empty parking spots in lot. Not the first time I've done this. Get it together!

I came in on a Monday night and approached the bar to order a beer. The woman behind the bar with tattoos initially completely ignored me, which is expected that some people be skipped over at bars when they are busy. When I proceeded to ask to order a certain beer I was met with a VERY hostile response telling me that the beer list was on the bar in front of me.This is not an appropriate response toward any patron and I was very disappointed. If at all possible I would have given this experience zero stars based on poor customer service. UNACCEPTABLE.

Wonderful atmosphere, great food and fantastic beer selection! Our server, Carmen, was amazing and was so knowledgeable, prompt and friendly!! She also provided insight to their many beers and made what was already a great experience even better! We highly recommend for their pet friendly patio, wonderful service, extensive on-tap beer selection (some award winning picks!), and crafted food!
