I made a switch to Graph-X Printing after being tired of dealing with online shops who would screw something up almost every order. This shop does a great job, very reasonable with pricing and is always on time. Anastasia is very polite young lady, when I needed my order done urgently she went out of her way and stayed after normal business hours to make sure I had marketing material for my event the next morning. This is what I call an outstanding customer service!

They have done all of our printing for tickets for various events for years. Never a problem when we want to change something on the ticket, they email us new proofs as we go along. Pricing is very reasonable. They always have past proofs for us to work with from year to year. Highly recommend.

I have worked with Graph-X for over five years and have never had a bad experience. I've used Graph-X in both non-profit and profit arenas and always was given outstanding customer service and printing.I've worked with various printers throughout Westmoreland County, in particular, but without a doubt Graph-X is my go-to, trusted printer. They actually LOOK at what they print and have come to me if colors or images look off. They even caught a typo for me once! I really trust their work and their diligence.In addition, all my materials have been perfect, on time, and to my specifications. I've never had an incorrect invoice AND their pricing is very competitive. Kudos to everyone at Graph-X for running such a wonderful hometown business!

The team at Graph-X always goes above and beyond to make it convenient for us to email a graphic and have it ready less than 24 hours later...sometimes sooner. They are top notch and haven't found better pricing anywhere around Pittsburgh. They are the GO TO for any of our printing needs.

Graph-X was very easy to work with. I had a large menu board that i needed completed by a certain date. After working with 3 other printers who started the job but then just decided to quit for no reason, Graph-X came through. Denis, Sarah, and Roy understand that businesses don't have time to wait.
