Client Review on GDS Graphic Design Services

We paid thousands to him for branding & logo design services for an event. He knew we were naive, small company starting out, but he still treated us like that next paycheck. Terrible communication & customer service, would not take into consideration our vision for our brand or logo; he gave us an elementary image that he pulled off GOOGLE that we could have done ourselves EASILY in MICROSOFT PAINT! When we informed him that we were not satisfied even though he advertises "Satisfaction Guaranteed" he tried to side step by telling us "You're looking for an "illustration" & that costs extra, Isn't illustrating what you pay a graphic design studio for? I hired a DESIGN studio to DESIGN A LOGO FOR ME, NOT find a picture on google images and put words under it. What a joke. SCAM! FALSE ADVERTISING!! WILL LOCK YOU IN WITH A HUGE DEPOSIT & WHEN YOU DON'T GET WHAT WAS ADVERTISED, EITHER PAY MORE OR LOSE EVERYTHING!
