Dont come before your appt time, you will have to wait, once you get a dock (theres only 2) the loading is pretty quick.

They got me on the dock 6 hours earlier than my appointment time, lady in check-in shack was giving me very detailed instructions for loading. No problem even if you don't understand English, she will give you a map with marked path to loading dock.

Open 24 but be patient ... 5 trucks watting before... arriving 10 pm and get dock at 300 am... overnight parking around..bring your meal no stores around... shipping guard was nice and explain me with map check out process ... be ready to driving 3 block more and get under the bridge
