I work at this place through a third-party contractor. But I must say there's a bunch of crybabies at work at this place. I couldn't deal with it more getting paid as little as I did but that has nothing to do with the company that has to do with my employer. But the employees didn't make it any easier on me they're complaining on me my first day on the job. No 90-day grace period when it comes to this company

Save your time by cleaning trailer real good before you come here. Loading usually at 230 progress dr building.

First off, yard guy is awesome n super friendly. He led me to the right building. I'd hire him "Lazer Spot" hands down, don't get any better than him..... just don't block his driveway :) FYI, receiving turn left on Marion Dr, for shipping turn right on Marion. It's a food grade facility, so come on folks,have your trailer in good shape n very very clean. They will inspect with flashlight. People inside are nice n will let you or make you sweep out trailer after backed in. May or may not load early, depending on how busy, but could probably check in early. IMO, it's one of the better food facilities.

So as I read reviews about picking up a load here, I noticed the comments about cleanning the trailer and I see why. This is my experience: I arrived at the same time as another driver. Before we entered the shipping office I asked the driver about his load and told me it was a live load and told him mine was a drop and hook. So we checked in and were told to back up in a dock to 'sweep' the trailer. We did but only I was told to use an air-pressure gun to blow the dust off the floor after I swept the floor twice. So just for me to get out of there I did use the air blow gun, then I swept it for the third time. Shipping person came and inspected again. He used a flashlight to go thru every crack and hole with the flashlight. He came back and told me I had to sweep it again to which I replied; "no... because the product going into those trailers is just cardboard, and the pallets are shrink-wrapped and the cardboard not in pallets wrapped with plastic sealed air tight". Then he said, "I'll refuse the trailer". So I told him alright thinking I could just get a different load. Then he told me, "just stand right there, I'll clean it". So I did. At signing out the paperwork he tells me, "did you read the sign posted by this company?" I said "yes, but it only said to sweep the trailer before loading or dropping it, not clean it till is dust-free, which is impossible unless you vacuum it and taking it thru the trailer washout". So after about 1hr+ of cleanning the trailer I came outside to unhook from empty trailer and go find my loaded one, I noticed the other driver was already gone. Grrr.This happened on 02-28-18 from 11:05am-12:30pm... So I tell every driver picking up here... Good luck.

Very anal about a sparkling clean trailer. Trailer must be cleaner than the warehouse & then some (not to hard to do). Lot nothing but a big mudhole with the consistency of very runny cement. Yard goat driver is nice & chatty. Took longer to inspect the inside with a fine tooth comb than it did to load me.

Made a delivery here and the receiving area was neat and clean. Hiring sign out front said they start out at 17 bucks an hour.

I was help to the right warehouse. By Wes. He drives a yard dog. He tol and showed me the correct place, I needed to sign in. Above &Beyond a great job !!!
