I called Grate Signs to fix the lighting on a monument sign for a property I manager. I had to call them back several times in order for them to fix it completely. They charged me over $1200. Then a tenant called to say Grate left the access door open (allowing rain & snow into the internal components of the sign). When I called them to come and close the access door, they made a bunch of excuses and wanted to charge me more for a service visit! Never again.
