I can’t believe how bad their customer service is. I have health issues that make me forgetful. I’m a marketing manager with a 20k budget monthly. I’m in need of a new marketing company because of my health issues. I’m extremely forgetful now that I’m on meds that make me this way. I had 2 scheduled appointments that I couldn’t attend because of my issues and my 7 year old daughter is having surgery. I did call them as soon as possible to get an estimate. Lukas Leary Which was my rep. Decided not to work with me because of my health issues and the fact that I couldn’t be available. I have never been treated this way. I have never had a company treat me this way. My concern is if they can’t be flexible or treat people this way they would be the worst marketing company for anyone. They were so rude I can only imagine what it would be like to work with Lukas Leary. I will never ever suggest this company to any of my client. I have been in the marketing industry for 17 years I have never seen a business treat clients this way. I’m glad I dodged a bullet before we signed a contract.

I am very glad we chose this group to overhaul our company's website. Our old site basically hadn't been touched in a decade and was incredibly outdated so they were starting from scratch and did not disappoint. Good, efficient, thoughtful and thorough in their work. Attentive, helpful and so friendly. They kept us involved and in the know from the start. Price point is far more reasonable than any other company we considered. Their work environment seems to lend itself well to retaining happy employees, creating a space were the staff actually WANT to be there - a great balance of creativity, work and fun.
