It was the best decision I could make for my business. The support for the website is top-notch. Always extremely responsive to me and my needs. Emails and calls always answered promptly. So unprofessional! So disrespectful. This firm wasted my time...if you are in the market for unreasonable fees and empty promises, this is the firm for you! 08/05/15: So how interesting is it that right after 2 negative reviews you will find 5 star reviews flooding in! BEWARE...I was even contacted by an ex employee of theirs confirming my review, she said and i quote " they called you tons of names and made fun of you while you were still in the office" way to go Ken and team...it's just a matter of time before your ship sinks...i will spread the word any chance i can...go ahead with your "fake" reviews...people KNOW!

I've used Gravity Free for my SEO, PPC, ADWords and social media for almost two years. Prior to that I jumped from one hustler to the next looking for someone with honesty and results minded who didn't want a life time contract and one child if you dared leave them after none or little results. Anyway, Gravity Free is a super company with talented people who are willing to put everything on the line without a contract. The results have been phenomenal in all areas. They have dedicated people who work each area and are very good at what they do. They give you a report each month showing where you are, where you came from and what they are planning to increase your volume. Many promise, but few deliver! OH, if you have a question, you can actually get someone on the line to answer it immediately, and I am one of those people who have questions and want immediate answers. More recently they have created a new marketing department that has taken over all my web marketing, Outperforming my efforts, sales have been up double digits in 12 of the last 14 months since they started. I can't say enough about this team. I have recommended many other entrepreneurs to them and all of them have become happy customers!
