I went to this facility because Lake Shore Bone and Joint would not see me because I was "too young" and man am I glad I did! They took my concerns seriously and recommended the best doctor for me, who was Dr. Rich McClain. I cannot say enough good things about him! One of the best doctors I have ever been see by. He immediately made me feel comfortable and listened to all my concerns. He has great bedside manner and put my mind at ease. I feel so much better about my situation because of him! Office staff was kind as well. Also it is crazy how quickly I was seen by the doctor and got my Xrays done! I highly recommend!
