“Hello fellow elancers. My mission and journey with GreenBird Media was quite fun. The personality of most coders and techy dudes are similar. Think of Apu from the Simpsons, and merge that with Ben Stein. So yeah, just think of the clear eyes guy doing a commercial with a hindi accent. I'm just saying techy dudes are bland, plain, right to the point folks, with robotic-styled personas; and GreenBird here was no different. My culture and persona on the other hand is like Bernie Mac, Guru (from Gangstarr), mixed with Patrice O'neal. I'm just sayin, the synergy that you may want to grasp in other b2b relationships may be more difficult to grasp on Elance. But once get your soul ready for the robotic-ness, the tasks on Elance become way easier to deal with mentally. The work from GB was awesome. The work I was doing which to me seemed like an easy task turned out to be like a 1000 computers in a whirlwind tornado. It was a website fix that was very involved. I had to migrate hosts, fix web pages, get rid of error codes and the whole 9. I was 2nd guessing the project and thinking it was all going to come crashing down, but no, GBNick was right there and he helped me get through all the bugs every step of the way. I would def work with him again, thanks champ, I really appreciate it.”
